Interim Chief Financial Officer

A leading manufacturer and distributor, headquartered in Toronto, with operations across Canada and the US, our client was very recently acquired by a private equity group. They are seeking an interim CFO to move the business forward as they consider their future corporate structure. As part of the Senior Executive Team, the role reports to the CEO and leads a significant finance function across the organization. 

This interim role will oversee and support the reorganization activities and will facilitate a deep dive into the business, focusing on understanding and achieving efficiencies and financial targets. The position will appeal to a seasoned, inquisitive finance leader, ideally a CPA, CA, with depth and breadth gained from 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing/ distribution sectors.
