THE OPPORTUNITY 

 As Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and deep understanding of interior design, home décor or the fashion industry. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES 

• Identify and cultivate the company's overall strategic marketing direction aligned with the company’s vision.

• Define, develop, and implement multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales.

• Manage the implementation of marketing plans and advertising campaigns to achieve market leadership and consistent brand visibility.

• Lead, develop and inspire the marketing team.

• Accomplish competitive intelligence on competitors within the consumer goods and home décor sectors.

• Ensure the company’s messaging and brand identity is amplified across all markets.

• Negotiate and communicate with advertising agencies, marketing staff, editors, and key stakeholders to maintain consistency across all promotional channels.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback and campaign performance data to monitor the company’s positioning within the market.

THE CANDIDATE

The right fit will be someone who combines marketing expertise with a strong cultural alignment and values that resonate with the company’s philosophy and long-term vision, fostering harmonious and effective collaboration.

Excellent communication skills in French and English and a strong interest in the interior design industry are key. Having worked in a family office environment is a definite asset.
