Our client is a highly successful media company renowned for their awarding-winning productions of children’s television shows, as well as the brands and products related to those shows. The Director, FP&A will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, as well as leaders across all departments to provide insightful analysis and be an active participant in developing strategies to continue driving the company forward. It is a very creative and collaborative culture, with a very entrepreneurial mindset despite having been in business for close to 20 years. This is both a strategic and hands-on-role, in an environment that focuses on building consensus rather than a ‘top-down’ mentality. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be adept at forging cross-functional relationships and building trust, adept at presenting complex FP&A data in a clear, concise, and understandable way to a non-finance audience, with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
If you have 9+ years of financial planning & analysis experience, including 3-5 years at the management level, a CPA (preferred) and/or MBA, and are looking for a role to take your career to the next level, this position could be of interest.
