The Opportunity 

Founded decades ago, this luxury restaurant brand has grown from a single restaurant into a global enterprise, dedicated to quality, authenticity, and cultural values.

As the company ventures into its next phase of global growth, they are seeking a CEO to lead this journey. Working closely with the Founder, the CEO will influence the strategic direction of the brand and translate this vision into an action plan. The successful candidate will appreciate the fine balance between urgency and quality. This translates into: gaining support from the leadership team while holding them accountable; achieving growth while staying true to the brand ethos. As a leader, mentor, and change agent, the CEO will deliver with creativity, diligence and passion.

REQUIREMENTS  

• 10 -15 years of senior leadership in multi-site hospitality or luxury sectors.
• International work or life experience and a global business network.
• Track record of growth through innovation, operational transformation while maintaining quality.
• Experienced in building and/or leading high performing global team.
