They are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their senior leadership team as they build on their existing strengths and chart a path for the future. This is a new role for the organization, one that will provide leadership for all financial strategy, accounting, reporting, and analysis, as well as managing the Human Resources and IT functions.
The CFO will work closely with the Board of Directors, outside agencies, and the provincial government to ensure sound management decision making and compliance with all legislative and fiduciary requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced senior finance professional who is operationally focused, can think and act strategically, and plan thoughtfully.
